Boxwood Stainless Steel Knife 10c

Since 1917 the Pallares family have been creating world famous knives in the Spanish region of Solsones. I have long been a fan of their small kitchen knives that we have stocked at WK for years.

Resistant to corrosion, stainless steel requires less maintenance than carbon, however it is often less sharp. The difference between Stainless and Carbon varieties of these knives come down to maintenance, sharpness and resistance to corrosion.
